Need to find a upper center top latch.Have bottom but will take both parts.any help out there?

John: Try Convertible Specialties at Signal Hill, CA. Their phone number is 562/989-6371. They carry a wide variety of items. If they don't have the latch, they may know who does. The only repros I've seen lately are for the '40 convertible. Some time ago, someone was making the latches for the '42-'48 Fords, but I didn't recall whom. Perhaps someone else does. Those latches are extremely hard to fine, and expensive if you do. I've seen them go for $600 and up for the full set.
