Thanks I need the tower for my coupe. The splines on mine are worn beyond repair. I wonder if the tower is the same as a car and the difference is in the arm or if the entire thing is different.

Your 39 WS wiper # is 91A17553 for the towers. If you are interested I have a new motor (only) 91A 17508 as pictured on page 636 of Green bible book. The linkage is also pictured there.

Continuing my 39 wiper issue. I located two new trico wiper pivots. I have to remove the headliner to see what all I will need to do to get the wipers working correctly. I have a lube. question. The towers have a felt washer type spacer between the arm and pivot. Should it be oiled or in some way lubed? I also wonder if the shaft where it come's through the pivot has some way to lube it? Thanks for answering the questions about the wipers and part numbers. The vacuum motor has been replaced with a new port 12 volt replacement and it is running but the wipes are not moving so evidently something has broken or become disconnected. I will hopefully figure that out when I get the headliner dropped. Thanks
