That looks like an aftermarket heater of the type sold by Western Auto or other non-dealer source. Heaters were seldom installed at the factory, so all kinds were used. My '47 had a heater often found in Chevy trucks. When you post pictures, put them in JPEG form so they can be easily loaded on the receiving end. Thanks supernal,so if I was to install this heater in a 40 ford It would be points deduction at concourse even though they May have been installed by the dealer? Thanks Ronnie

Ronnie, There is only one scenario in which you would not get a point deduction on a Concourse: If you had the original New Car sales invoice that specified that particular heater, then that would not warrant a point deduction. Great artifact, though! Alan
