  Never Wet - Amazing Stuff!

Guy’s check this out!!!!!!!!

This is a new product that is coming out from Rust-oleum. It will be at Home Depot very soon, and other stores in the coming months.

I'm hoping it's impervious to gasoline as well....MG

That looks like it might even be better than the ScotchGuard that I put on my upholstery and the RainX that I put on my windshield. I'll try it as soon as it's available.

Thanks for the tip.

Oops. Just read the instructions for the stuff and it is not recommended for fabrics nor windshields, mirrors, etc. Darn. Thought I had something there.

The video shows that it was used on clothing. Isn't most clothing made of fabric??? I did notice however that it leaves a hazy white film and maybe thats why all the clothing they used it on was white clothing. Anyway, I'm still impressed.......

Yeah, I thought it was pretty funny to watch the video of the stuff on clothes then read the instructions that it is not to be used on clothes specifically.

The stuff is a paint. It is not clear transparent. It dries flat milky so changes the appearance of things, especially dark things.

I try to avoid Rustoleum in all of its forms. It tends to react badly with other products, and to itself, often "lifting", even after the most careful application.

Amen to that Bob. I've never had good luck with Rustoleum no matter how long I wait to recoat it. It wrinkles every time..

Oh, one more funny thing in the video - they meticulously showed how to waterproof an I-phone with the stuff the sank in in a bowl of water to show how effective it was. In the instructions for the product is said very specifically the it was NOT to be used on electronic instruments.
