Looking for advice on removing bottom front door hinge pins on a 48 thanks.

Remove tension on the pin by supporting the back edge of the door. The pins develop grooves as they wear which often lock them in place, and releasing the load will help. That said, driving the pins out is one of the most frustrating jobs on any old vehicle. We use an air chisel with a pointed end. If they don't move, they may have to drilled out, which usually requires oversize pins for replacement.

Thanks Supereal, I have the doors off so there won't any load on the pins.
