What is the trick to getting the sender out? What exactly comes out, the entire bullet like probe or just the copper line? Talked to Skip where i'm going to send the pumps and he said to use blaster which I did, used WD-40 nothing is working

The sender bulb must come out, wires and all. They can be tough to remove after a long time. If they break off, saving the pump body threads is usually difficult. The in-head pumps are now being reproduced with an improved impeller design, and may be a better choice than rebuilding. Senders use a tapered pipe thread, and Teflon tape or other substance can affect the operation.

The 50-50 homemade concoction of 50% transmission fluid and 50% acetone has been scientifically proven to loosen seized and rusted threads better than any commercial product. (Read test and results here: http://www.antiquemodeler.org/sam_new/news_letters/assets/wham_2011_07.pdf ) That's all I use now and it definitely works better than anything else I ever tried.

Note: That concoction can only be stored in glass. It will eat through anything else. I apply it with a glass eyedropper limiting the amount that gets up into the rubber bulb as it will quickly deteriorate that too.
