I finally got my copy yesterday. Just FYI the only postal markings on the package are from Ontario. I suspect they probably ship there in a large package as you said then are distributed across the country. I honestly think someone is feeding you a line about the France thing. Then again, truth is often stranger than fiction. No matter. At least I have something to read tonight after the boys go to bed.
