  hi guys ,,,I,v just had a nice email from peter at drakes ,he has apologised for any confusion regarding collection at tahoe of bought parts from bob drake and offered to deliver to my hotel,i feel a bit guilty now and am offering my apologies for being such an ass ....sorry bob .

  Having spent a couple of decades in a business that provided building materials, I would say that whoever was the last contact with the customer is the one who left the most lasting impression. In our case, it was the driver who delivered the product. I'm sure that Bob is challenged in this regard as are all of his contemporaries. As businesses grow, there is often a "disconnect" between company policy and actual performance. Yeah,
I'd send Bob an email and commend "Peter".
