What is the proper way to Chrome Plate a 34 grill like original? Was only the face of the vertical center bars polished, and the sides of the bars satin finish? Does anyone know! Is this correct or not? Thanks Stan

Yes, only the leading edge of the grille bars had a polished finish. The area where the hood lacing was attached behind the raised outer perimeter also had an unpolished finish.
