Hi: A forum newby here. Any chance that someone can tell me the sequence to re-re the front door glass on a 1938 Fordor Deluxe. I've got the door panel off at this point, but don't want to continue until I know the correct way to do this. Cheers Al

Roll up the window and then begin to remove the screws that hold the regulator to the door(you may want to use some wooden sticks to wedge under the glass track to hold everything up as you remove all the screws. Once all the screws are out, lower the regulator and glass down to the bottom of the door. Remove the regulator from the glass track(it slides off the track) and remove it from the door. Tilt the glass upward so it can be removed from the door. I recommend that you use gloves as there are some sharp metal edges on the door braces and on the regulators.
