Can anyone recommend the best date code etching kit, or "bug" as I have heard them referred to, for some of the glass on my 1946 Ford.

I have used a number of Roy's kits. They are the best... period. Easy to use even if it's your first time. Roy's number: 734-654-9450

He'll send you enough stencils and materials so you have extra supplies to practice with. Try the etching on a piece of scr*p glass first. It's pretty easy and produces good results.

Just thought of something else. . . . The date code on the bug will usually be a couple of months PRIOR to the car build date, so factor that in when you order the kit. Henry
