Does anyone have a photo of their 1952-53 Ford Rear seat bottom? I am interested in what is covering the metal framework under the seat front.

I don't have a picture but I recall the back side of the metal face of the rear seat underside is covered with a heavy black cardboard material like used for insulation around the inside interior body.I don't see that it is necessary to have anything there. Don

The material also covers the rear floor pan under the seat cushion.
