No the 1941 Ford frame Wheelbase is 114" and the 1940 Ford wheelbase is 112".Also the 1941 Ford body is wider then the 1940 Ford body. Fred

No, they are a totally different frame from the 40. The 41 frame is basically the same through 48. A 41 pickup frame would work , but you would need the outside brackets that mount just before the rear kickup to properly mount the body. Also the front crossmember in the 41 pickup frame is slightly different than the 40 frame. The difference should not cause any significant issues.
