In a box of goodies hubby was offered (and bought)were a pair of Stylecraft fender fins among other items. We were curious if these were "hot" accessories back in the day. Can't find any info on the company. Ebay has one set for sale in the US and one set in Argentina.

Back in the day there were a number of different Caddie Wannabe fins available for everything from Chebies and Fords to American Bantams and everything in between. I think they were more popular in the catalogs than on the street. Of course, all were El Cheapo aftermarket items that no respectable car enthusiast would put on his car. That said, an NOS set in the box today is probably worth it's weight in gold!

If those fins are in the original box , the box could be worth as much or more than the fins.

The secret is to watch e-Bay and see if they sell. The bids received will give you a pretty good idea of the value. Most guys would buy them for their display case. I don't know anybody that would drill holes in a nice set of fenders to mount them.
