I have a 1953 Victoria that has a C-6 transmission installed. Can I use the original speedometer and if so, what do I need to do? What parts do I need and where can I buy them? Thanks.

rogbell: Yes, you can (and should) use your original speedometer. Various companies make adapters, some you can adjust for odd-ball rear axle ratios. I did a quickie Google search and came up with one http://www.abbott-tach.com/ I'm sure there are others, as lots-o-street rods use aftermarket transmissions.
