Is the bill hirsch super black chassis paint the best match for 1950 tudor as far as inner fenders and radiator support?

It's semi-gloss black. Just go to a local automotive paint store and buy some semi-gloss black single stage urethane automotive paint, reducer and hardener. Richard

I want to get these inner fenders painted that tar was real hard to get off till I got smart and started to use a torch to heat the back side to get it to melt worked real good then.
