Topic: .070 oversize brake drums.

How much oversize can you safely turn an Early Ford brake drum? I have found a pair of 35 Ford front brake drums I am interested in, but they are .070 oversize. The seller refers to them as rocky mountain drums. According to him, they came on light trucks, or were an optional drum on passenger cars. I am going to use 41 hydraulic brakes and backing plates if that matters. Is .070 too much? Thanks!

The recommended limit is .060, however with replacements costly, many get cut farther, but we don't do it for safety's sake.
