Looking to get a new set of plug wires for an original 48 coupe. Who makes a good quality set? Are the originals brown like the ones Mac's and Carpenters have?

Originals were brown. Old Henry (The older I get, the better old looks.)

We get ours from C&G, and they are brown unless they are non metallic. We solder the ends to the core, so we don't use the carbon fiber type. Fitting the wires into the two piece cap can be tricking, and we want the wires to stay firmly in place.
