My .02ยข? Got to a local and reputable automotive paint supply store. There are so many shades of Washington Blue, the odds of you obtaining a decent match at random are near zero. A decent paint supplier can fairly easily duplicate the exact shade for you and either sell it in a spray can or a small can, say 1/2 pint.

I've had good luck with Tower Paint & Design Center in Oshkosh, WI. (www.apstowerpaint.com). Once I sent them a glove box door to match and another time they already had the color in their files. I was buying spray cans to paint firewalls, but I also used them for touch up by spraying a little in a cup and using a brush or the end of a paper match. Note that they feature a '36 Ford on their web page - always a good sign.
