Does anybody know of a lower rear tube shock mount that fastens somehow to the rear radius rod/spring hanger of a '35 - '36 Ford? Dave Conrad, oconrad32@gmail.com or 636 861 7376 Thanks.

C&G offers a complete kit, but there is no pic or mounting info in the catalog. P/N 48-18125-KIT

these bolt to the backing plates/torque arms. I'm not familiar with the '36 but they fit '37-'48. From Pure Hot Rods:

oconrad32: I don't believe there is currently a bolt-on kit for these years. The problem is that the early rear radius rods block bolt-on access to the backing plate/axle flanges. I've seen several weld-on brackets that mount to the axle tubes,
but none that simply bolt on. Any lower tube shock bracket must be supported to handle the angular load that will be applied by the shock. On a stock Ford set-up, the load was simply a vertical up and down load applied by the dog-bone link.
