Query, I bought a Bob Drake shock and sway bar
kit for rear end and seams to be a huge interferance
with the exhaust pipes (stock and added dual pipe).
Is there a best solution??? reroute pipes or move upper shock mount inboard????

The Drake rear shock kits I've seen use studs that that fasten to the cross-member for the top of the shocks.. If you can move those toward the center enough to provide clearance, that is probably your best choice. If not, a good muffler shop can custom bend a set of tail pipes that will solve your problem. Inclining shocks helps control body sway, but be sure you have enough travel.
