The horn will not test when touching leads directly to a six v battery. Was wondering if the condensor could be the problem and where to get a replacement?? Not much info on t/s this 75 year old treasure. Thanks

Most likely not the condenser. Usually the contacts are not closing properly. The capacitor is there to reduce arcing across the contacts, you can test by removing one of the capacitors two leads and retest, if it still doesn't work reconnect the lead. If you have an ohmmeter just connect it across the wire connection point and ground if there is no resistance the contacts are open, you need them closed.
