I saw a post about this on Fordbarn. I'll check it out next week as I'm headed for the Portland Swap Meet and will stop by Drake's on the way.

They may not have met the minimum sales to cover the die and stamping costs, which would certainly be high. In this economy, the timing was probably off. There is also the factor of those who would only be interested in the real thing.
