  Can anyone identify Speedometer No. 2 in the attached photo. No. 1 is what I am used to seeing in 48's but the odometer numbers on No. 2 are located above the needle rather than below.

  I had a '46 club coupe with the odometer above the needle. I suspect you have either a carryover from early '47, or a '46 was refaced with the later dial. I believe that the '42 also had that configuration. Ford clocks were made by several vendors. You may be able to find the name stamped on the rear cover, such as "Westclox". The main difference of the '47 and '48 speedometers was the color of the hands, either gold or white. Both were used.
