I to would like to install a 37 steering box on my 36 ford. What other years will work? 38-39-40 etc. It's great to refer to guy in the know. what would we without you guys? Hal

thru 39 (light switch on steering wheel) 40's have a dash mounted switch

The steering box with shaft will work up to 39 Ford, however, the locking steering collar for 38 and 39 with the switch on top requires the locking collar to be moved 90 degrees on the shaft. I made this change on my 36 Ford.
