Hey Guys, Can anyone tell me what the procedure would be to remove and reinstall the trans,with the engine still in the car. I see that the back trans mount is riveted in place thus limiting access/egress. Also,the wishbone is very close to the bottom of the trans. attached a pic Thxs, Oldguy

The easiest way in my opinion is to disconnect the middle flex brake line, brake cable, rear shocks and spring "U bolts". Then lower the entire rear end (spring) to clear the rear cross member and roll back about 6". That gives you plenty of room to pull the transmission up and out.
