need information on removing windshield frame from 38 ford coupe any information welcome. thanks donald

Open the windshield with the regulator. Next remove the screws that hold the regulator arms to the bottom of the windshield. Lay a pad across the cowl to protect the paint and then begin to remove the srews where the hinges screw to the windshield frame at the top. If you cannot get these screws out then you need to go to the next step. Remove the inside windshield garnish moulding. Then remove the header panel screws, so you can remove the header panel. Once the header panel is out of the car you can see the bolts that secure the hinges to the body. Remove all hinge bolts and the windshield should come out of the car.
