The November/December issue of the V-8 TIMES was mailed on December 8. Scheduled mailing was November 25, but the Thanksgiving holiday set that back a few days. The issue should start arriving in member's mailboxes this week. Especially this time of the year when the USPS is moving a lot of mail.
