  There a lot of people that do this type of work but the best one is within 25 miles of where you live. By the way, where in general do you live?

  It would be nice if a shop was near!. I live in Kerrville, Tx. San Antonio, Austin,Houston , Dallas, Fort Worth all would be no problem.

  Be sure than any shop you choose for rebabbiting is also equipped to line bore the mains to match your crank, and adds sufficient shims to allow resetting if necessary. Pouring the babbit is only a part of the process.
