I have a glove box clock mfg by Geo. W Borg Corp, Chicago U S-(stamped on back) with Ford script on front, design which matches the other instruments in my 39 Deluxe.(see attachment). On page 3-9 of The 1938-39 Ford Book it says "An electric clock was not available in '39." I have not been able to contact the author. Does anyone have information on the availability of this for '39?

Speaking of clocks, where does one send a clock to have its face/dial restored?

I'll have to find a picture of the '37 dash as the numerals, etc must have been almost identical to '39. I do want to keep the clock as it seems to match OK. The book I referred to shows a picture of a '38 electric clock. Thanks for your help! Ward

The clock looks more like the 38 clock than the 39 clock. Here is a page from the Clock Doctors article in the v-8 Times in 1989. This collection is now on display at the Early Ford V-8 Foundation Museum. Tom

That did not work either, the file may be too large. Here is a smaller file. I give up, this one did not work either. Tom This message was edited by TomO on 12-13-11 @ 8:08 AM
