  Hey guys
I have a couple of questions.
#1 iS IT POSSIBLE TO INSTALL SELF'ENERGING BRAKES ON A 36 FORD?

NEXT ALTERNATIVE?

first problem is the wide five wheels/drums that you have on your car. I have converted several 35 Fords and lots of 40-48 to self energizing. I know that on the 35 you have to have some spacer rings to make them usable with the wire wheels

The best source for help with the hydraulic brake conversion is Richard Lacy at earlyv8@aol.com, (626) 338-2282. I am certain the answer is yes but I know there are a few tricks with the '36. He makes an adapter that allows you to use your original brake pedal and I believe he is a dealer for most of the rest of the needed parts that are manufactured by someeone else.
