I started working on the parking brake for my 1949 F1 Pickup a few months ago and have misplaced the bracket that holds the front parking brake cable to the cross member. This is the cable that connects the parking brake handle to the equalizer bracket. The bracket I need is the one that the end of that cable clamps into and fits on the cross member beside the transmission. Anyone have or know where I can locate one? Thanks! Joe

I know I have one of those brackets among my cr*p in the garage, but I can't seem to find it. It was sold with the cable only when new from Ford, not as a separate item. I'll keep looking, but maybe someone has an old cable and can remove it. Barry 50 F-1 Barry 50 F-1
