I have a NOS set of 21 stud, center top water outlet heads, can anyone tell me what year(s) they are for? Thank You

By center top I assume you mean water outlet is located half way between the front and back of the engine (if you numbered the cylinders on one bank 1,2,3,4 the water outlet would be between cylinders 2 and 3). If this is correct the heads are 1937 and part of 1938.

The water outlet is between number 2&3 cylinder, would they be for a 60hp or 85hp or are they the same? Thank you

Heads for an 85 hp are approximately 18 inches in length. 60 hp are much shorter and look tiny in comparison.

60 HP has 17 head studs per side, the 85 has 21, and the 90-100 has 24. Until mid 1936, flt top pistons were use, then domed pistons were used. The heads for the flat head pistons have a prefix of 40, usually cast into the heads.
