I'll try to explain what I'm looking for. I removed the kickpanels on the inside of the Cargo area of my panel.Attached was some sort of seal that was stuck to the frame and went up the backside of the wheel well. I'm looking for the correct replacement for this. Not sure if its tar or rubber, but some sort of seal to keep out water , dust. Any help would be appreciated.

The seal went from the floor across the frame to the backside of the wheel well
