Where on the EFV-8 Club Website can I find out who (and what cars) were the winners of the Auburn 2011 National Meet? Can someone point the way or provide a link?

Tony, As always, the Awards Banquet at the Meet is where the results are first known, and unless something has changed, they don't go on the Web, but are published in the V8 Times. As the SEp/Oct issue should publish the NY results, I'd expect the Auburn results in the Nov/Dec issue.

The V8 Ford neon sign that Arel Brown was selling tickets for was won by someone who was attending the Awards Banquet. Couldn't hear their name. That sign got blown over and broken in a gust of wind so the winner will have to wait for that one to be repaired or replace.

The sign was won by Pete and Lois Lowman from Washington state. They drove their ’36
Pickup the 2,383 mile trip. They got a beautiful working sign to take back with them. Apparently there were 2 signs and one got broken.

An Update here. The 2011 Eastern Meet will be featured in the November/December V-8 TIMES. The Central National Meet will be featured in the January/February 2012 TIMES.
Pete Lowman, winner of the neon sign did drive his 1936 Pickup to Auburn. He also delivered a donated Ford test set to the Foundation Museum. Good deeds do get rewarded!
