When the fan is running out, what would be the problem? Would it be the Fan Impellar and Shaft or the Fan Spindle Bearing?

There is no actual bearing in the fan hub. It depends upon an oil bath to keep the spindle off the shaft. You must keep the hub filled with heavy oil, such as transmission 80-90 weight. Turn the fan until the filler screw is at the top, then add oil. When full, turn the filler hole to the down position before replacing the screw. This allows excess oil to drain. If you omit this part, it is likely the hub will sling oil all over your engine. Parts are available for the hubs. We developed a ball bearing replacement for our cars after more than one hub failed. It was not one of Ford's "better ideas".
