Anybody have an idea where I can purchase a temp sending unit for the "blu"? I am rebuilding the pumps and mine did not make it( it broke). And I need the special 5/8 tapered nut for the other side(right). I hope somebody will have an idea. It is not electric. It has the fluid in it, I think. Wow, I'm sure liking all the things one can learn about '36 Ford engines. I have a long way to go, but am loving it.

Try C&G parts they no doubt have one.Is what you call a nut realy a plug Try you auto parts store;maybe plumbing supply dont screw it in to tight I have seen that hub split!Dont forget there is no pressure to speak of.
