1947 Ford Tudor. I am restoring my LHD Ford. I have the clutch/brake pedals return springs #99A-7523. Can anybody assist with the installation diagrams/photos from under the frame view please. I may be missing something or not? My e-mail address is peter_hibbert@bigpond.com. Thank you. This message was edited by phibbert on 7-29-11 @ 10:10 PM

Peter, The brake pedal spring connects from the clevis pin forward to a hole in the frame or a clip on the oil pan. The clutch spring goes back from the clevis pin to a hole in the cross member. The head of the clevis pin has a groove for the spring. Tom

G`day Tom. Thank you for replying. I hope I find you in fine health? I have the grooved clevis pins in place & I made a small holed lug & bolted it to the housing. It seems the spring 99A-7532 (both brake & clutch common) will not stretch that far. The clutch spring seems too long. I can see the cross chassis member that extends to the running board with the anchor hole but the spring goes way beyond that hole. I could adapt/alter the springs or find others but I try to be 'AS HENRY BUILT IT". Cheers Tom. Peter.

G'Day Peter, The correct clutch return spring is 11A-7523 and is 7.3" long. The brake return spring is 99A-7523 and is 7.6" long. This should give an idea of where to look for the connections. Tom
