Was the indented "V-8" on the hub cab painted and if so what color? Thanks Bruce

Bruce, The V8 and ring as well as the outer part of the hub cap was painted black on standard cars and body color on deluxe cars.(per pg 91 of The 1935-36 Ford Book)
