Topic: running board moldings on '36 ford fordor deluxe t

Anybody know for sure if the running board moldings on the '36 Ford fordor deluxe sedan touring car were pointed or flat on the ends? I've have heard they were not pointed.

The running board trim on the 36 was pointed on each end. There is a great photo of the trim in the V-8 Club's 35-36 book on page 20. If you don't have this book it is a must have for any 35-36 owner. It is one of the club's most popular books. You can purchase it on the main page of this site.
If you are thinking of purchasing the repo trim for your car be aware that some of the repo trim is very thin and dents easily. Check for quality.
