Does the radiator sit on frame, spring go on top and bolt down?

There's a thin rubber pad that goes between the frame and the radiator mounts. The radiator sits on top of the frame lip. The bolt goes up from the bottom. The spring then goes on the bolt after it passes through the frame and radiator mount holes. Then the castle nut and and lastly the cotter key. Some of these kits use a nylock nut rather than a castle nut. The spring should be compressed slightly.
