Is it just me, or does no one use the Standard tire cover? I think I've only ever seen a handful my entire life.

Over time many 36 standards have been converted to deluxe models. I suspect the standard cover was removed and replaced with a deluxe cover. The standard covers show up periodically on e-bay.
