Topic: original color for 1934 Phaeton

Hi, I am Dev from India, restoring a 1934 Phaeton.
While the car has sidemounts,i really don't know if she's a deluxe one.
I have completed the rebuilding of the motor and transmission along with the suspension and brakes, all's done.
Now, need help on the exterior colors.
I did get the original colors matched in modern 2K system by Standox of Germany, barring 'Winter Leaf Brown'.
I read that this color was available only on export models hence my interest to paint the car with the same.
Seniors, please let me know the modern formula of the color and also guide me if the fenders with the color will be in 'Tacoma Cream' as one of the bulletin on tcpglobal states.
Cheers

Dev

Tacoma Cream is a wheel and stripe color only. The fenders would be body color or black.

  Dev,
If your car was an American Model 1934 Phaeton the color combination would depend on if it was a Deluxe Phaeton or a Standard.
If a Deluxe (with dual chome horns, cowl lights, two tail lights and a recessed in the dash cigar lighter) the fenders would be body color.
If a Standard, fenders were black.
I think all the 4 cylinder Phaetons were Standard, but
another reader could correct that if I'm wrong.
Enjoy the 1934 Ford Pheaton! The best looking FORD ever built!!! I personally liked all BLACK. (You'll be polishing it all the time anyway, might as well be black)

Here is what they look like in black. Hard to beat that combination for a Deluxe Phaeton.
