Topic: Lower Radiator Deflector Panel Removal

To make a rather long story short, as a result of my hood dowel pin being jamed into the latch on my 46, the easiest way to be able to get access to the pin is to remove the lower deflector panel (P/N 8209). Although after a couple of bloody knuckles I was able to remove all the bolts, the panel will move a bit but I seem to can't get it to angle enough to place it verticle or completly remove. Is there a trick on removing these panels? I hope somebody can help me out.

I would guess that you need to take the four bolts that hold the bumper arms loose and remove the bumper assembly.
