I know this isn't the truck forum but I think this one gets more traffic. I was wondering if anyone knew the operating tire pressure for my 750x20 tires? They are 10 ply rated. I checked the internet without results. I just checked my tires and they vary from 25# to 31. The owner's manual only list 750x17s as 55#. Thanks in advance, Jack

Look for a maximum pressure rating molded into the sidewall of the tires. You can safely inflate to any amount below that pressure, as long as you don't have the "widow maker" rims with the snap ring retainer. Fifty five is probably about the pressure for an older big truck, but most use a lower level to improve the ride and not get their teeth shaken.
