Anyone have any ideas of how to stop the rear brake rods from rattling when going over a bump on a 36Ford with mechanical brakes, yes I do have the brake rod supports. Thanks

Be sure that both the pins and clevises fit tight. If either is worn, they will rattle. The "old" way of reducing the rattling was to use springs hooked between the rods and the chassis at any convenient place. Any type of light spring will work. We used to stretch out "screen door" springs and cut off pieces as needed. C&G sells "anti-rattlers. See them on page 44 of their on line catalog www.cgfordparts.com
