Topic: 1934 V-8 fuel pump pushrod tube

  Does the pushrod tube for the pushrod that that drives the fuel pump arm, via the camshaft, have to be used? Not sure the reason they are actually there. I do not have one, other engines show it installed on the breather/oil filler casting that is also the fuel pump bracket..

  It should be there for oil control in that area. The tubes come in two, 1" different lengths, make sure you get the proper length. Have a photo of the intake manifold and the oil filler tube?
