I believe what you are looking for can be found at McMaster-Carr under "countersunk washers". They come in everything from brass to stainless steel and in an assortment of different sizes. They are also called trim washers.

  Hi Steve:
I think these washers you are looking for are also called "finishing washers". My go-to sources for authentic automotive hardware are Gardner-Wescott Company and Restoration Specialties & Supply, Inc. Both these companies have different materials, sizes, and designs of finishing washers...and tons of other hard to find hardware for old cars. Both companies have on-line catalogs so just google them. McMaster is my second go-to for hardware.
