I have a 35 coupe and if I remember correctly there was a tar like cardboard that surrounded the back of the cab under the cloth. What are individual using to replace this? Greg Meiling 1935 3 Window Coupe

There are several sound deadener materials you can use that come with their own adhesive on the back. You can easily cut them to fit the location in the car. They are also a huge improvement over the old tar based cardboard. There is one called Dyna-mat that you can buy at most automotive places. Summit Racing also carries a large array of different brands.
