Topic: 1941 Convertible Motor/Lift & Spring Mounts

I recently picked up a ‘41 Convertible project that was completely disassembled. I’m trying to assemble the top frame and think I have everything sorted out other than what the top motors/lifts bolt down to on the floor and where the springs hook onto towards the trunk. Not sure if I’m missing brackets or tabs or if I’m just not understanding the setup. I read an old post about the springs by @ford1941 and it talks about a tab on the floor board and a retaining hole but I’m just not sure where that is or if I’m missing something. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Now that I’m registered I went back to that old spring post and can see a picture that @tbirdhandyman posted of the spring and I think that gets me sorted out for that issue.

But still need to figure out how to mount these motor/lifts.
